If you would like to take your ROAD TEST with us, you must fill the form out below. 

DUE TO NEW RMV REGULATIONS EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 2009 THAT WE MUST ADHERE TO, YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL YOUR DRIVERS EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND FILL OUT THIS FORM "NO LATER" THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SATURDAY ROAD TEST.  YOU MUST ALSO BE PREPAID FOR LICENSE WITH THE RMV "NO LATER" THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SATURDAY TEST.  If you do not prepay the RMV, they will NOT let you take your road test.

TDA students can fill out this form anytime to register for their Saturday test.  The sooner the better!  If the RMV limits size, it will be on first come, first signed up basis.  Please bear with us as we try to streamline the new RMV procedures while still allowing you to obtain your license in a timely fashion.

We encourage you to pay online for your Saturday Road Test.  Although it's not mandatory at this time, it assures you a spot on the Saturday test.  Please check the FAQ page regarding this matter with all the current changes.  Again, PLEASE PAY FOR YOUR ROAD TEST ONLINE.
